That is why ACR Provence runs four agencies across the south of France: Salon-de-Provence, Cavaillon, Trans-en-Provence and Le Cannet. Wherever your property stands in the Bouches-du-Rhône (13), the Vaucluse (84), the Var (83) or the Alpes-Maritimes (06), there is a local office behind it.
All four offices belong to the same general building contractor. You sign one contract, deal with one contact person and receive one set of guarantees, whichever agency looks after your file. What changes from one office to the next is the ground itself: the planning rules of each commune, the local stone and render, the craftsmen and suppliers who know the area.

Why we work from four local offices
Provence is not one single market. A bastide in the Vaucluse, a stone village house in the Alpilles, a 1970s villa in the hills of the Var and a seafront apartment on the Côte d'Azur each come with their own materials, their own planning constraints and their own seasonal rhythm. Serving all of them from one head office would mean long journeys, fewer site visits and slower answers.
Our agencies divide the region into areas a team can realistically cover. Each office relies on trusted local trades and suppliers, knows the town halls (mairies) it deals with and can reach its sites quickly when a decision has to be taken on the spot.
What every agency can do for you
- A visit to your property, arranged around your stay in France, to survey the building and talk through your plans.
- A detailed written quote within 48 hours, broken down trade by trade so you can see where your budget goes.
- Help with planning paperwork: a prior declaration (déclaration préalable) or a building permit application (permis de construire) when your project needs one.

What happens after you contact an agency
Whichever office you reach first, your project follows the same five steps.
Send us the address of the property and a short description of the work. We identify the agency that covers your town, and a member of its team gets back to you.
We inspect the building, take measurements and note everything that will shape the work: access for materials, condition of the structure, heritage protection, neighbouring properties.
You receive a written quote itemised by trade, free of charge and with no obligation, so you can compare, ask questions and decide calmly.
If the work changes the outside of the building, we help you put together the file for the town hall, then plan the works around your calendar and the local building season.
The agency follows the site through to the handover visit. Structural work is covered by the ten-year guarantee, and your contact stays the same once the keys have been returned.

Questions about our agencies
Which agency will look after my project?
The one that covers the town where the property stands: Salon-de-Provence for most of the Bouches-du-Rhône, Cavaillon for the Vaucluse, the Luberon and the Alpilles, Trans-en-Provence for the Var and Le Cannet for the Alpes-Maritimes. When a property sits on the border between two areas, we choose the office that can reach it most easily.
Do I have to come to an office to get a quote?
No. The quote is based on a visit to your property, not to our premises. You can make your first request by phone, by email or through our online form, and the agency then arranges the site visit with you.
I live outside France. Can a local agency still handle my renovation?
Yes: the way we organise visits, updates and decisions for owners who live abroad is explained on our page about project management for non-resident owners.
Do you work outside the four départements?
Our work is concentrated in the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Vaucluse, the Var and the Alpes-Maritimes, which is where our agencies are located. For a property just outside these areas, send us the address and we will tell you frankly whether we can take it on.

Yes. The site visit and the quote are free and carry no obligation, and the detailed quote reaches you within 48 hours.
